1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Student”, “User”, or “You”) and Logic Spire Core Co., Ltd. (“Logic Spire Core”, “Company”, “We”, or “Us”), registered in Chiang Mai, Thailand. By accessing this website (logicspirecore.click), enrolling in our workshops, laboratories, or mentoring sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Logic Spire Core operates exclusively as an educational training institution dedicated to technical charting methodology, divergence identification principles, oscillator mechanics, and structured risk planning. All educational materials, live lectures, case studies, and mentoring discussions are strictly structured for academic skill-building and technical chart study.

Our training empowers students to conduct independent, objective technical analysis through empirical observation and mathematical oscillator principles.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary educational materials, including but not limited to the Divergence Invalidation Protocol Manual, Multi-Timeframe Divergence Matrix templates, slide decks, video recordings, audio clinics, and website graphics, are the exclusive intellectual property of Logic Spire Core Co., Ltd. and are protected under the Copyright Act B.E. 2537 of Thailand and international intellectual property conventions.

Students are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review materials solely for their individual personal study. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial broadcasting of our instructional materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Student Code of Conduct & Enrollment Requirements

Students participating in cohort labs or physical studio sessions in Chiang Mai are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct toward faculty and peers. We reserve the right to revoke studio access or workshop participation without refund for disruptive, harassing, or unethical behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in Thailand, Logic Spire Core Co., Ltd., its directors, instructors, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our educational materials, charting techniques, or analytical frameworks. All market analysis decisions made by the student remain solely the student's independent responsibility.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
