The Divergence & Invalidation Chart Lab

Passive lectures do not build disciplined market analysts. Our Chart Lab is a hands-on technical workshop where students dissect momentum deceleration, test invalidation hypotheses under market replay, and defend their trade journals before senior instructors.

Studio & Virtual Sandbox

From Ambiguity to Mathematical Protocol

In traditional education, students learn what a divergence looks like in hindsight on a static textbook screenshot. In our Chiang Mai Chart Lab, we strip away future bars and force students to evaluate momentum exhaustion tick-by-tick under real market pressure.

You learn to identify not just the divergence pattern, but the precise invalidation candle and mathematical risk parameters that render the setup valid or void.

Practical Drills

The Five Core Laboratory Drills

Every week, students complete these five structured analytical exercises to build mental muscle memory.

Drill 01

Blind Bar-by-Bar Replay

We load historical market sessions across Equities, Forex, and Indices with the right side of the chart hidden. Students must calculate oscillator divergence angles, locate horizontal key levels, and formulate entry/invalidation orders before advancing each bar.

Drill 02

The Invalidation Pressure Test

Students analyze failing divergence patterns to isolate exactly why the breakdown occurred. Was the higher-timeframe trend in conflict? Did the oscillator fail to cross its median 50-line? This drill builds defense against stubborn bias.

Drill 03

Multi-Oscillator Confluence Matrix

Cross-referencing RSI, MACD histogram, and Stochastic cycles against volume contraction. Students learn to classify setups into Class A (high conviction), Class B (moderate), or Class C (pass/ignore).

Drill 04

Hidden Divergence Trend Mapping

Isolating high-timeframe trend-continuation setups. Students map pullbacks to dynamic moving averages (21 EMA / 50 SMA) to catch clean momentum resets within powerful macro trends.
